Sweet chilli or sriracha sauce
Add the avocado, lime juice and some salt and pepper to a bowl and roughly mix and smash with a fork.
Spread the tofu cubes on a clean tea towel or kitchen paper, gently press and pat to get the water out. Put in a bowl with the turmeric and some salt and pepper, toss to coat evenly. Heat half of the oil in a medium frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the tofu on all sides until golden (5-10 mins), adding the rest of the oil halfway through. Set on kitchen paper to soak any excess oil.
Spread the smashed avo on the toast, top with the tofu, chopped coriander and a drizzle of sriracha.
